Building in Tioga County means respecting Tioga County.

When we planned this project, we asked ourselves: How can we be the best possible neighbors? 🤝

The answer was in the design: We chose a pole-barn-inspired aesthetic to match the local landscape, and we’ve taken the integration a step further: our fuel and chip storage units are specifically disguised as grain silos. This ensures the facility maintains the familiar look and feel of the surrounding agricultural community.

We’ve also incorporated thick hedgerows to act as natural sound and visual buffers. We aren't just here to create well-paying jobs and sustainable fuel - we're here to preserve the beauty and character of our home.
