Looking for some new designs to print on stickers to handout at upcoming events
Create a sticker that celebrates any of these ideas:
Forest health and sustainable forestry
Circular economy and local resilience
Community growth and local jobs
Sustainable energy and transportation
Prizes and exposure
$50 for each selected design
Your art printed on thousands of stickers weβll hand out at upcoming events
Artist credit on our channels and, where feasible, on the stickers
Who can enter
Anyone. All ages and experience levels welcome
Original artwork only (no AI-only, stock, or third-party IP)
Brand elements (optional but encouraged)
Use our logo and/or slogans. Attached are:
- Logo file
- Sample promo pieces with our tone and layouts
- Our official color pallet
Deadline: December 15, 2025
Selection and timeline
Judging: Woodland BIO team will select multiple winners based on:
- Fit with themes/brand, clarity at small size, printability, and crowd appeal
Notifications by: December 24, 2025
Usage and rights (plain language)
If selected, you grant Woodland BIO a exclusive, royaltyβfree license to:
- Print and distribute the design as stickers
- Display it on our website, social, and event materials
We may request minor print tweaks (e.g., outline fonts, adjust bleed/contrast)
Payment ($50 per selected design) upon final file delivery and confirmation of license terms
